You actually still access it through the menu but it has gotten quite complicated: Discover -> Executive Club -> Collecting Avios -> Learn more about collecting Avios on flights -> Find out more about Tier Points -> How many Tier Points will I earn.
But probably only because the people who were given the job of hiding it, missed those links.
It's broken so they hid it, but they didn't even manage to do that properly...
