The option to pay more to get ahead on the upgrade list has always existed, but I doubt many people actually take advantage of it.
Doesn't seem to make much sense to pay more money for the mere
chance of getting an upgrade. You could very well find yourself with nothing to show for all the extra dough you shelled out.
