'Polynesian Burger' HNL/SFO. Meh. Actually Meh-plus. Tiny little salad with 2 shrimp, and a roll next to a large hamburger bun. I am not sure what part of Polynesian that the cheddar cheese, ketchup, mayo and mustard come from, but there are many Polynesian islands I've never visited. (This isn't even yet mentioning the Polynesian Parmesan potatoes.).

Burger was substantial. Bun was odd - seems to be reheated open face and the bun stuck all over to the plate (and other buns, too). Dessert was ok.

PDB. At least it was kosher.
