So far I'm assuming that the airlines that are in T1 now (Southwest, Spirit and Frontier) are going to remain there and none from T2 are going to move to T1, so there wouldn't be a need for a new SkyClub right now. Of course, if that were to ever change, the lounge situation may very well change too.
