I would be interested in knowing which other major Canadian retail establishments do not accept AMEX. In Ottawa, almost all produce store chains (with one exception) do not accept AMEX. In terms of take-out foods, KFC accepts credit cards, but not AMEX. Many of the retail boutique clothing stores in the shopping malls do not accept AMEX.
