If you have TSA Pre, or flying in business, T7 security is okay, 5-10 minutes wait has been my experience assuming Pre/business pax lines are open. I use T7 all the time flying AS.

Thanks for this. But please clarify as I have not had a lot of luck, over the years, accessing a lounge in a terminal/concourse that is not connected to the terminal/concourse I am departing from. For example, if I was flying WN out of BWI, TSA would not let me enter the D concourse where the PP lounge is located. Are you stating that TSA at JFK does allow me to enter T1 and use the LH SEN lounge even though I am departing from T7? If so, that would resolve my issue.
