The wording is different again on the Premium Class FAQ where it not only says "most flights over 350 miles" but also goes on to say:

How many free drinks can I get in Premium Class?

Guests seated in Premium Class who are 21+ may enjoy complimentary cocktails, beer, or wine on flights which offer a beverage service. Generally, we offer a beverage service on all flights over 223 miles <snip>
Finally, Customer Care states that the beverage threshold is 400 miles. If AS doesn't seem to know who gets what & when how the heck are we, the flying public, supposed to know
