I am also finding that I didn't receive a confirmation email from Marriott Bonvoy even though I transferred 81,000 points to AA this past Thursday 10/19. I just called Marriott Titanium customer service and although they were able to confirm that I entered the correct AA number and requested the transfer, they also admitted they've heard reports of people not getting the confirmation emails. They also indicated that the transfer will likely take a week. I'd been hoping it would post by tomorrow (10/24), and thought based on the data points here on this FT thread that 48-72 hours would be sufficent. Any chance the Marriott Lurker can help here? I am trying to make a biz class ticket purchase for HND-JFK with miles, and the AA hold on the reservation is only good "through 10/24 at 11:59pm JST (Japan Standard Time)" according to the confirmation email I received from AA when I made the reservation on 10/19. I'm very worried I won't receive the miles in my AA account in time, especially since JST is 13h ahead of EST.
