There are forward facing window seats on Qsuite flights if you don't want rear facing seats (though the seats are closer to the aisle with the storage located by the window, you can definitely look out without any problems). I don't think anyone here knows what QR plans to do (and they're also notorious for having last minute equipment swaps), but they have forward facing seats in every type of configuration.
