I'm thinking that I'll just hang out at the LGA UA lounge for a bit after landing and then transit to JFK.
There is a paid lounge in T7. Of course you can use T1 LH or T4 AI, but it's a hassle from security clearing standpoint. Neither terminal has streamline security flow.
If you have TSA Pre, or flying in business, T7 security is okay, 5-10 minutes wait has been my experience assuming Pre/business pax lines are open. I use T7 all the time flying AS.
Don't stay too late at LGA UC.
