Prior reports have suggest a handful of complimentary status offers for organizations under UA contract with multi-hundred elites, all in all, an insignificant impact. And as mentioned these folks tend not to be heavy travelers (or would have their own status).

Back to thread topic, the past 90 day extensions has never raised concerns and were appreciated by those whose end of the year upgrades failed. There was an interesting difference in the GPU era, GPUs were locked when applied but now PlusPoints can be oversubscribed. Also the extra 90 days for a few GPU/PlusPoints has not been a widely known benefit.
