Odd they'd disable access through the menus, but its still there! Possibly too many complaints that it can no longer calculate Avios for BA flights since it wont know what you paid for your ticket.
You actually still access it through the menu but it has gotten quite complicated: Discover -> Executive Club -> Collecting Avios -> Learn more about collecting Avios on flights -> Find out more about Tier Points -> How many Tier Points will I earn.
