Staying here in a group of 3 adults. Right now we are booked into base room "1 King Bed". I emailed the hotel asking for a rollaway and they said that the minimum room that we need to be booked in for a rollaway is "1 King Bed View". In fact, they wouldn't even let 3 people in the "1 King Bed".
They told me they would have to cancel my points reservation and book cash for "1 King Bed View"

I looked at the room catalog and the "1 King Bed" and "1 King Bed View" are the exact same size (42 sqm).
Are they milking me?
