Every approved employee rider from all airlines has gone through the Fed background check. So no one can just come up, flash their ID and driver ticket and hop a ride. If you don’t show up in CASS as employed and vetted and then working for a carrier with an authorized jS agreement with AS/QX, you don’t get to access to the cockpit. Even AS own maintenance, operations employees and Executives are included on the JACS side. This system came about after 911. This is going to be interesting to watch and see what changes this fool forces. The aviation background check is for possible criminal activity but has very little to do with an unstable mind.
