On the phone with Delta's Diamond Line, they told me there will still be 50% bonus towards million miler for paid flights in "F", but award flights won't see the bonus. Award flights regardless of cabin will only count BIS miles towards MM still.
There is no separate distinct DM line. And if you call a different random agent I bet you get a different answer.
