Yes, using the "I have a pass" option. Tells me that I've been locked out for 30 minutes right after the email/password page (ie. before when it would normally ask for MFA on the regular aircanada.com login), so the issue is unrelated to MFA.
Worked fine a week ago. Somebody somewhere at AC IT broke something.
I had this behavior consistently several months ago, to the point where I had some text describing the problem saved to paste into the gogo chat window. They always provided a one-time pass, but it was very irritating. I tried all different combinations of logging in to the regular website prior to "I have a pass", incognito windows, different browsers, etc. Nothing made a difference. It's been working well recently though. I'll be unhappy if it's starting up again.
