we got out on the last 166 on the 10th, but we mentioned to others that the 11th was soldout then CXed and even on the 12th ran into many agents who would only rebooked them on BA from the 15th onward. So if they did change things on the 11th the did a poor job in making sure their people knew that. But they still could hav edone a much better job in CXing Mon the 9ths flight once they CXed Suns 167 Sun morn , doesnt take a genius to know if the 167 doesnt fly in on the 8th there wont be a bird to fly back to LHR on the 9th
