I had a new Clear experience yesterday. Wife, adult son and I checked in at the GS desk in DEN. Checked bags and received paper boarding passes for a domestic flight. Son is not Clear and went through regular PreCheck. He was through and waiting for us before we’d even gotten to a scanner and the Clear lines were short at 1pm on a Sunday
When my supervisor and .i were called up and our BPs scanned, the message was “Invalid document”. She scanned them both again with the same result. She asked us to provide electronic BPs (open bags, extricate phones, start the app, etc). Much eye rolling from this in line.
She scans them and we go to the additional check with TSA. He takes the paper BP and scans with no issues.
It may be my last time using Clear in DEN
