Over the last couple of years I have lost an enormous amount of weight (just under 100 lbs). I have had issues with GE kiosks over the last year or so and my wife mentioned that maybe the facial recognition isn't working for me due to the weight loss. My face, neck, etc are much smaller and the overall shape of my face is different.

Rather than replace my existing GE card, I am wondering if I can just show up to my local CBP location (landside at ORD T5) and talk to them about it. Or does requesting a replacement card automatically trigger them taking a new picture?
