Telling he customer we will let you cx your return for a refund just doesnt cut it as they are licking their lips at selling you a very expensive 1 way tkt from XXX-LHR-NY. I understand it takes time to work out arrangements with other carriers especially non-OW, but theres no excuse for not allowing a different starting city and letting the customer get there on their own dime
Rebooking on El Al from the UK was allowed from 11 October, expanding that to allow for other El Al routes
AMS-TLV, BCN-TLV, DUB-TLV, MAD-TLV, and PAR-TLV with BA connections to those starting points came in on 13 October.
