That's good to hear, but I wonder whether people who use wheelchairs (and presumably other things like white canes) have easy access to this information. Maybe it is flagged to them when they indicate they need assistance (if they need assistance, I mean many don't), but I note the main page about MLL just says:
"Effective June 13, 2023, access to Maple Leaf Lounges, Air Canada Cafés, and Signature Suites will be limited to three hours prior to scheduled departure time. Please note that this policy does not apply during flight connections or flight delays." That is both listed as one of the many 'admittance terms and conditions' and emphasized in a block quoted against a coloured background at the top of the page.
Nor is there any mention of an exception elsewhere on that page (

Not doubting it is a policy, just wondering how this information is supposed to be divined by those to whom it applies.
