Good:
Very impressed by the quality of service: all the staff are smiling, proactive and really do their utmost to ensure that guests have a good stay.

Special mention to Jordi, guest experience and quality manager, does everything to make your stay great, with special attention to Diamond Inner Circle members

Small but very pleasant outdoor pool
Excellent and impressive full lunch Chef’s taste.

Yes, the hotel is just great.
The comparison with my last (dreadful) stay at the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel is striking.
