CWS is not siding with BA [emoji thingy goes here]. I think BA's response was understandable, perhaps predictable, but another agent would have cleared it, as I think you now know. Part of that is about whether you were present at check-in, unfortunately that would have allowed a well established set of prejudices on gender and race to slide in your favour. Still when you're sitting on a beach, one wouldn't be doing spreadsheets surely?
