After an improvement in terms of turnaround time, I'm experiencing issues again. More than a week for stays to post, up to not posting at all + retroclaim hazzle. Frustrating. I really believe this is intentional and seen as a saving opportunity. I guess there is a double digit number of members who don't chase up points/stays, and that's what they are after.
