I'm still trying to decide between the two for a 3 night stay on points coming up next month as a globalist, and the breakfast may help me make a decision. Thanks in advance!

I've read through both threads and it seems the gist is if price/pts are almost equal neither is better or worse, and that it mainly comes down to personal preference. I have a pretty good idea for the other factors such as room (not using SUA so not expecting a suite or even an upgrade due to it being peak season at either hotel), location (I'm fine with either immediate locations, Roppongi doesn't bother me neither does Ginza, they are both near subway lines that I am familiar with navigating so getting around isn't an issue) and pool (I'm fine with the Centric not having one). Will mostly be out and about after having breakfast at the hotel. I will say that I've stayed at Grand Hyatt before in the past albeit I wasn't a globalist so was only in a base room and no club lounge, nonetheless it was a pleasant stay overall. And I've never stayed at the Centric so will be my first time (and first Centric so will help with brand explorer).
The GH evening offerings are more than enough to make a good meal from. Breakfast is adequate but I'm usually there at opening for a quick coffee and gone out the door.
