I'd love to see the evidence if it makes it to trial, but I have little confidence this will. There's a lot of tangential evidence (likely related to business practices) AC may have to reveal.

You don't ever "want" to go to trial; you do it if you think you can win. If this case makes it there, I'd be worried for seats.aero and the future of [awards] data scraping.
