Not about a BTC dish per se, but more something I hadn't realized was back. I got flights to and from KIX coming up in a while in J and had selected BTC out of SIN initially. Had a look at the inflight menus over the weekend and to my surprise the "Hanakoireki Japanese meal by Chef Yoshihiro Murata" is back on both the outbound to and return from KIX. These meals were absent for quite a while IIRC so will try them out again (selected already) over something from the range (of lately not so well executed) BTC dishes I have had.
