My husband hit Diamond after an outbound TATL flight on UA on 9/15. Even though his status changed on the OZ website well before the return flight yesterday, it was still showing up as Gold (*S) on the UA boarding card. He was unable to edit the FF info during check-in and the UA agent at the airport was also unable to do so. Fortunately, I was able to guest him into the lounge with my status, but we were not allowed to use the Gold Track security lane because access is determined solely by the boarding pass. Being in limbo can be a bit of a PITA, and patience is really the only solution.
