Thanks TWA884 . My latest theory is that internet connection might be a bottleneck as those models are very heavy. I never see that error message on my home machine when connected via Ethernet cable. We will be looking into optimizing model sizes and viewer as transferring 100-200 mb models every time you load a cabin seems to cause those crashes. Appreciate you taking time to play around with the prototype.
