Why is Upgrading Using Avios cheaper over the phone?
I've found this a few times;
when trying to UuA a work trip from ET to CE, I am quoted £16.50 and 6500 Avios on screen.
Sadly booking doesn't go through, so I call up..... and I get quoted £13.20 and 6500 Avios.

Is this BA IT or is there an actual reason for the cheaper price via telephone?
