agree with this. This’ll be QR nonsense. No real reason for it. Unable to apply any common sense.

I’ve had them refuse to check me in at the counter in DOH before, without me providing my PNR. My flight number, surname and passport wasn’t good enough as apparently there could be lots of Mr Surrysons on the flight.
