Hello!
Looking for recommendations for luxury Japanese owned/brand hotels that have a great concierge for restaurant reservations.
Going for our 10 year anniversary next year (Oct 2024) and wanted to get a head start with planning for hotels since I have most of my restaurant list picked out.

Japanese-owned Tokyo properties ranked by concierge service only: Tokyo Station > Palace Hotel > Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho > Imperial > Okura. (I've stayed at Tokyo Station (many times), Palace (once), Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho (once), Imperial (once). Had a reservation at Okura, but concierge communications prior to the stay were so abysmal that I canceled and moved to another hotel.)
Overall, the Palace is by far the best hotel, but for concierge service, Ms. Mori at Tokyo Station is saikou.
