The elite check-in is on L2. The regular queues on weekends are crazy! We are staying here right now for 1 night. Booked a wonderful city view room and upgraded to a fantastic suite. We did have to wait a couple hours for the room as the upgraded elites from last night had late checkout today. The staff are all up to the expected W standard...havent noticed any teething issues. There was an irate "do you know who i am" type guest wanting extra priority over other elites at the elite check in lounge area though...poor wait staff who had to deal with him (and her).
