Just finished a 3 night stay here. Rate was low compared to other months I guess, paid about 1,200 hkd per night.
One day before arrival saw I was upgraded to Harbor view in the app. During check in asked for a deluxe room upgrade and was granted (low floor though).
Dining was excellent for both breakfast and the happy hour in the lounge.
