Some new properties in Hyatt's pipeline per Hyatt Development page:
  • Dreams Playa Esmeralda & Secrets Playa Esmeralda: Total 750 rooms, next door to Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda. On the other side of the peninsula will be a Hilton AI, and on the other side of the beach will be a Four Seasons. So on the map, it will be like this: Beach_Hilton AI_Club Med_Hyatt duo_Beach_Four Seasons
  • Sunscape Coco Dorado Punta Cana: Converted from Be Live
  • Sunscape Dominicus La Romana: Converted from Be Live
  • me and all hotel berlin east side: Former ibis Berlin Ostbahnhof
  • me and all hotel leipzig: Next to Leipzig station
  • me and all hotel stuttgart: On-site Stuttgart station
  • Hyatt Centric West Surabaya: Seems to be part of a mall
  • The Keraton at the Plaza: Former Luxury Collection, next door to the current Grand Hyatt, I mentioned this before
  • Shanghai Oriental Fantasy Hotel (Hotel Name TBC)
  • JdV, Future Tech City, Hangzhou
  • JdV, South Station, Tianjin
  • Neodalle, Zhangjiajie
  • The Langbo, Future Tech City, Hangzhou
  • A bunch of UrCove hotels
  • Hyatt Regency Maldives: Pinned next to Baros Maldives on the map
  • Hyatt Centric Malta: Right behind HR Malta, I mentioned somewhere
  • Park Hyatt Gangwon Seongmunan: Within Oak Valley Ski Resort. Hyatt portfolio in South Korea is small but will be the most high-class with only 3 top brands: Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, and Andaz
  • Hyatt Regency Phuket, Mai Khao Beach: Pinned next to/at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach, could it be a conversion?
  • Caption by Hyatt Saigon: In Japanese quarter
  • Park Hyatt Cat Ba Island: Pinned at an abandoned project, I mentioned before
  • Hyatt Regency Cat Ba Island: Pinned close to the Park Hyatt, not on the beach but will have (mostly) unobstructed sea view toward NW and mountain views on other sides. 9-minute walk to the closest beach, another 5 minutes to Park Hyatt's private beach, and 21-minute walk on the other direction to a popular beach camp
  • Park Hyatt Quang Hanh: Judging by location, this surely would be an onsen property
Together with Hyatt Place Hai Phong (nearly complete), Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay, Bai Chay (topped out, opening delayed), Hyatt Regency Ha Long Bay (delayed over and over again, I'm not sure they finished the foundation), and Hyatt Regency Sa Pa (under construction), the Hyatt's pipeline in northern Viet Nam is almost unbelievable.
