I checked AY's website and it seems that they don't want to interline luggage when there is 2 separate tickets when you check in with AY: https://www.finnair.com/en/frequentl...ation--1890114

In my case i would check in with QR and only the final leg is AY CPH-HEL. You would think that "strategic partnership" between QR and AY would allow simple luggage interlining like this. I cancelled my BA award and booked QR award instead and i will also book with QR my CPH-HEL leg. Maybe this will make things easier. Unfortunately can't combine the award tickets online so 2 separate tickets again..
