I know that there were a few peeps who warned you about the implications months prior to this, mostly through your DMs.
Now look what has happened – your inability to listen and taking a 'step back' has resulted in them taking legal action against you. I know I'm not a lawyer so I'm not qualified to comment on how this is going to play out or simply whether who is right or wrong – and sure, you may very well be in the clear and the judge may decide in your favour because of xyz, but I would consider this a very expensive lesson. AC has decided enough was enough and it has decided to drop a nuclear on your LLC, again despite their warnings and your repeated refusal to comply / compromise with their demands.
