I can't remember the name, but there is a really amazing Spanish restaurant in Laguna Beach. I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton the year before last and they recommended it. All I can tell you is from the Ritz you just go straight until you get into town and it's on your left. It was very romantic with a perfect view of the ocean and if your their at the right time you can go out and watch the sunset.
