Yeah. I mean, she got me the right answer, but I would have gotten it anyway; it just would have taken longer. Which is fine. When I was globalist but didn't have a concierge for a year after the covid-reduced requirements, I had something that ended up getting escalated to the Hyatt Cares team and they were excellent as well.
I was just impressed that she mailed me back 10 min after I mentioned it on the phone. But to be honest I got similar treatment from the Hyatt Cares team. Just because this concierge was awesome doesn't mean that other teams aren't awesome too.
As for the SUA, I'm burning them because I have them and they will expire in Feb. If I didn't have them it would be fine; there are likely to still be suites available when I travel in a couple of weeks. And if not I'm fine in a normal room.
