Or - UA buys HA

1) Move HA's HNL-JFK to HNL-EWR (currently Airbus, but HA's got some Dreamliners coming).
2) Spin off interisland service to shake off that issue
3) Re-gain large HNL hub
4) ...and makes some idiot living on Honolulu Harbor really happy
