To follow up, today I called to apply a SWU and at the end of the call I mentioned the email I sent to mhc to the concierge (it was not my concierge, just the first available one). She dug up my email and said she would look into it and follow up.

She emailed me back within 5-10 min and confirmed that my offer was the one that would get globalist for 20 nights. I guess the Hyatt landing page has a copy/paste issue where both offers have the same terms written.

On a side note, if you ever get Stevie as a concierge, she is awesome!
