So far the last 2 trips with National in Spain I was actually downgraded. In Madrid reservation was for Premium car like A4, was given a Bmw X1. They tried to tell me was same class.
just this week in Malaga reserved Lux sedan MBZ E class for big $$$ and was given a GLA suv. Guy said it was an upgrade not sure how a car that’s smaller and costs 40% less is an upgrade. Was given that choice or a A3.
Going back to Avis or Sixt next time
