Hi TWA884, the functionality to look up reservations is not really working at the moment and all of the 3d models can be accessed without entering any personal information, just click on a scroll carousel with airline pictures below that or you can click on Airlines or 3d Seatmaps page to get to the gallery of all available models and you can play with them around. It's more like a clickable demo at the moment, still a lot of things need to be fixed. Cheers
