Evening All,

A few weeks ago I managed to secure 4 return reward flights in J to DXB for next year for myself, the better half and two children. Since the booking, the MIL has asked to join us.
There is no further reward availability and I expect that we will be paying in full for the MIL. I have 2 questions.

1. When we book the ticket, can I book it so it is added to the existing booking reference ie. all 5 flights on the same booking reference?
2. When is the best time to book a summer flight in J to DXB. (Is this likely to be cheaper in the Black Friday sale, or later?)
