Was rechecking the points rate on The IC for 2 nights booked in late Jan and The CP popped up. Cash price is well over 10% higher that IC. Points even more elevated.

Points booking V cash for IC is a no brainer for my dates. And the points rate was now cheaper than my original booking...

CP at listed rates isn't remotely attractive to me given Ambassador, Lounge Pass and 4p checkout.

THe KL hotel that seems to be not mentioned is the new HI nearer the airport at Sepang. I've got an overnight early December en route from BKK to BNE. It gets well reviewed on the likes of TA. Attractive pricing with decent size premium rooms, free airport shuttle and it has a club lounge. I will review after my stay.
