So not a great experience with BA this trip. Reading the other thread to try to work out exactly what I can claim.
When BA downgraded you I assume from CE to Econ what if any compensation did they give you? Did you retain the ‘perks’ of baggage allowance and lounge access? Did they arrange and pay for hotel accommodation?
