Finally will have my first experience next month in the Signature Suite. However sadly it’s on a flight to NRT that leaves at 12:55.

Just confirming that it opens at 11:00? Saw that upthread but also find online references to 06:30 (assume that was pre COVID?)

And menu is the same for lunch as for dinner? No “brunch” type offerings?
