Late response, but did you end up at the buffet?
As a local we have gone and liked it. It isn't cheap, and yeah, there are plenty of other options off-property, but as far as buffets go, we liked it. Definitely a little different with a more Korean spin, kal-bi meat is always a favorite of mine. IMO, a kal-bi take out plate starts at around $15 dollars with 3 strips. So you can easily eat enough strips to make up the cost.
