I make a fair amount of Dell purchases and my experience is that orders under $1000 post quickly, while anything over requires me to put in a ticket and takes 90ish days to post. I just bought a laptop and monitor (separately) about two weeks ago. The monitor posted in days while the laptop is tracked but has not posted, and I'm sure I'll need to submit a ticket. I've never not received my points from Dell (knock on wood), it just takes a while.
Hmmm, thanks for the data point. Mine is just $200, still nothing showing up yet, the tracked visit is still blank. I guess i'll have to wait for the 15 days and raise a ticket.
