I was on one of these double-catered breakfast flights to DFW from PWM about a month ago. It was Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal cups (served with a side of raisins and brown sugar) and a pre-packaged banana bread type pound cake slice. Served with milk or the FA would give you hot water for the oatmeal. Maybe a banana as well, don't remember completely. Airplane potable water aside - it was a better* meal, IMO, than most all of the reconstituted reheated egg dishes that represent most of AA's typical domestic F breakfasts.
*better, still not good by any means.
